Fitness training builds good health — but every exercise carries some risk, from a minor sprain to a serious injury. This page explains what we do, what your trainer does, and what you should do.
1. Before you start (when you must consult a doctor)
If any of the following applies to you, you must consult a doctor before you start training:
Heart disease, chest pain, or high blood pressure
Diabetes, asthma, or any ongoing medication
An old injury — back, knee, shoulder and so on
A history of dizziness or fainting
Pregnancy
Aged 40+ and have not exercised for a long time
It is your responsibility to give your trainer complete and accurate information about your health. That is why the assessment form asks about injuries and illnesses — please do not leave it blank.
2. During a session
Never skip the warm-up; always exercise with the form and technique your trainer shows you.
Always lift heavy weights under your trainer’s supervision.
Keep drinking water; do not do heavy training on an empty stomach.
STOP IMMEDIATELY if you feel chest pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness, sharp or stabbing pain, or a “crack” in a joint. Tell your trainer.
3. What happens in an emergency
The app has a built-in emergency system:
Every user can add an emergency contact (name, number, relationship) to their profile — we request everyone to add one.
During a session, the app shows a large EMERGENCY button — to both the client and the trainer. Pressing it shows the emergency contact’s number in large type, with one-tap calling and a direct button for 112 (ambulance).
Your emergency contact is visible only to your trainer and the platform admin — no one else.
In a serious situation, always call 112 first, then your emergency contact.
4. About AI-generated plans
Workout and diet plans in the app are created with the help of AI and are reviewed by your trainer. Even so: AI can make mistakes. These plans are general fitness guidance — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If any exercise feels wrong, causes pain, or is unclear — do not do it; ask your trainer first. The app shows this same warning with every AI plan.
5. The trainer’s responsibilities
Every trainer goes through a qualification/certification check before joining the platform (AI + manual review, 2-step).
It is the trainer’s duty to choose exercises based on the client’s health information, teach correct form, and stop the session if conditions are unsafe.
During a session, the trainer has the client’s emergency contact details.
6. Risk and responsibility (assumption of risk)
Exercise always carries a risk of injury — from a minor strain to, in very rare cases, a serious injury. By using the platform, you understand and accept this risk. The service is provided by the trainer; the platform arranges booking and payment. The full limits of liability are set out in the Terms & Conditions (sections 6–7), which form part of this policy.
7. Questions or complaints
For any safety concern, please contact us right away — we give safety complaints priority and, where necessary, take action against the trainer’s account.
